What is your RATE?

My rate is $150 per 50 minute individual therapy session, $180 per 50 minute family therapy session, and $180 for initial assessment. All balances are due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, and credit cards for your convenience. If you have questions about my rates, please contact me.
 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I require 48 hour notice for cancellations. In the event that such notification is not received, clients will be billed the full session fee.
 

WILL MY INSURANCE POLICY REIMBURSE?

I am happy to provide a superbill in order to attempt reimbursement from PPO plans. Reimbursement is at the discretion of each personal insurance plan including coverage.
 

WILL THERAPY allow me to achieve all of the goals i desire?

Growth in therapy is achieved on a personal and individual basis. Outcomes are based on client’s consistent participation and fit with clinician. In the event that desired outcomes are not being achieved in a timely manner, it is important to have an open dialogue with your clinician regarding such concerns.
 

Are Sessions CONFIDENTIAL?

All sessions are confidential barring reports of danger to self, threat of danger to others, child abuse, elder abuse and subpoena for records.
